Join us each month at Joy Centers Healing for Tea Talks- We meet every 3rd Wednesday of the month. Enjoy herbal tea while discussing all things Nettle. This month we will do a deep dive on stinging nettle, allergies and make PESTO together. There is a small fee for hands-on classes to cover the cost of materials. Everyone is welcome, bring a friend! We are diving into a healthy flow together. Richelle will help you release blocking beliefs to open up full detoxifying breath. Elizabeth will help you prepare your body to safely detox. She will enlighten and equip you to identify if your liver is functioning properly, give preparations and proper care for efficiently working detoxification pathways. Amethyst's brings a load of tips to help get those bowels and lymphatic system flowing. You will learn more about what we have here to support you with effective detoxification.
